Great game everything is voiced which made adventuring and soloing the land of Tamriel enjoyable. Highly recommend if your a fan of Elder Scrolls. Just don't be discouraged initially takes a day to get use to everything.

What a pleasent surprise this game was, I first saw it on sale during Steams Autumn sale. I read some of the other reviews noting on how great the soundtrack was and how beautiful the artwork and story came together, plus almost all my friends on Steam owning it but never mentioning it to me. But I usually take those estatic reviews with a grain of salt. But wow! They were right if this game was a painting it would be a Mona Lisa. Yes its that good, beautiful music, artwork, the story. Even the gameplay mechanics were top notch, giving you all the flexibility on how you want to play. And throught out the whole game theres this mellow voice narrating your adventure, was quite the treat. I highly recommend you play purchase this game on sale or full price, I would love to see more games from this company.

I got this game for free buying a new GPU. But never had the chance of playing it on my PC which I just purchased a bunch of new parts for. I went to Brazil for 6 months with only a Macbook, which in my mind wasn't going to be used much for gaming. But when I had some free time I downloaded Metro Last Light and started playing it expecting alot of issues. Was surprised on how well optimized the game was on a Mac, looked pretty damn good on medium settings. I had only one crash that happened in a certain area, everything else seemed smooth.

The enviroment really pulls you in, with creepy sounds and dark corridors with enemies around each corner. I thought the voice acting was top notch and the combat is very flexible on how you want to dispatch your enemies, whether its steathly, loudly, or just play as a pacifist. I had a few gripes with this game though, I really enjoyed the story the combat and the immersion. I didn't really like how the game puts you on a rail metaphorically speaking and you go where they want you to go. I would've loved to explore more of the metro, but I understand why. I didn't like the enemy AI I thought it was way to stupid for harder settings, of course thats my gripe with alot of FPS single player games. Also the story did feel quite short, I finished it in 8hrs I think and thats with doing alot of the achivements on the way. But all in all the games worth the price in my honest opinion, and even more so if its on sale. And if you played the first game its a nice ending to the series if they don't decide on making it a triology. I also recommend you get the first Metro as I always do it brings you more into the story. Kind of like the Witcher games or Mass Effect series.
