What a day.........

Started my shift early in the morning, still pretty stoned from the day before. Jack and I binge watched the whole Lord of the Rings Trilogy the night before and got pretty high. You ever realised, that Frodo should have used the big eagles in the first place instead of walking 3 movies to a f-ing Mountain?
What a ♥♥♥♥.

First customer of the day asks me if we got "any new released movies" in, standing right in front of the "New Releases" shelf. What a nut!

Next customer didnt rewind his tape and refuses to pay the fee. He throws his Slushy on the ground and tells me he wants to speak to the manager.

While cleaning the mess on the ground Jack calls (mind you 3 hours late) and informs me, that he is feeling sick and wont come to work today. After that he calls me 3 minutes later and asks me if I got any weed left over.....

This chick I went to High School with comes in and asks me if I can recommend any romantic movie to her since she is dating a guy named Jack this evening. I hand her a copy of "Texas Toaster Massacre" wrapped in the case of "Gone with the Wind". I hate Jack!

Break time and I stand in the backyard alley smoking a joint. Around the corner Ally is starting her shift in the 7/11. One of these days I will walk over and talk to her.

End of the day and I finally managed to get the Creep out who watched any adult movie we have in the last 3 Weeks and still cant decide which one to take home today.



Anyway, that was a quick summary of my daily routine..............................................the game is kind of cool, very realistic!

I am the terror that flaps in the night,

I am the repairman who tells you that your warranty has run out.....

Well, I may not be Darkwing Duck, but I am sure as hell a Duck, who knows how to handle a Shotgun...suck on that Darkwing!

Der Entwickler hat eine Funktion eingefügt, die es möglich macht den Erzähler (Monty Arnold, Rufus aus Deponia in meinem Kopf ;)) weniger erzählen zu lassen......


"Das ziemlich dämliche Böse lachte nur über diese Funktion, ist der Erzähler doch das coolste an dem ganzen Spiel und der überhaupt einzige Grund, es sich zu kaufen. Thalya würde es nicht wagen, diese Funktion zu nutzen und wenn doch, dann nur um der Welt zu beweisen, wie dämlich sie eigentlich ist."

Ich denke das macht relativ klar, was ich von der deutschen Synchronisation halte! ;)

The Building of a dungeon is so addictive, nearly everly round I play takes several hours because you want to optimise every last bit of your dungeon


Highly recommend this game!

Cowabunga Dude!

If you are an old fart like me, who grew up with the oldschool arcade/NES/SNES Originals this should be your cup of tea.

If you are one of those young kids, who always play very loudly in my street: Screw you and also play that game, you wont regret it.
And stop skateboarding in my frontyard ye kids!

To start with, I was totally cool, that this was a Remaster and no Remake, I didnt expect a total conversion but a slightly change.
But when I started the game I felt more and more angry with every hour of gameplay.

Its not about the character models being the only thing changed and updated.

Its about the catastrophic framerate,
the models with were missed out in some scenes with low resolution skins
its about the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ cheat menu with no explanation whatsoever in the beginning how to get there
....

This is no Remaster!
This is Square trying to get a few bucks out of each an everyone of us and it feels like they "remastered" this game for about an hour and thats it!

Play the old Pc Version with Mods and you will get a much better experience!
