I literally know nothing about TMNT,

I just asked if some friends wanted to play this game together with me since we all like beat em ups and we did

What can I say? The game is just really a lot of fun and it's really great to have a relaxing fun evening to play with your friends.

The artstyle is beautifull and the music is really good too, which caugt me by surprise!

As someone who has only ever consumed this piece of TMNT Media I like it a lot and I can recommend it to everyone who wants to have a good time with their friends!

As an old school beat 'em fan for 30+ years, I started off liking it, but it just goes on forever...
Eventually, I just wanted it to end.

The music was good, but I wasn't the fan of the bosses or gameplay by the end. Most of the bosses had running armored attacks which sucked cause it made them feel boring. As for character gameplay its good, but the the jump attack, not the dive kick felt clunky. You'll definitely notice in the flying level and feel the frustration with the baxter fight. The baxter fight was straight terrible, it felt like a slog. You only get 1 or 2 jump hits in and when you land the lasers get you. As for levels I played I wish more thought was put in the placement of enemies cause I felt some should of appeared earlier to give the game some challenge.
