When you stop following the hype train of hating and actually try the game for yourself; it's pretty good. All early access games come with issues, especially from a company that has never produced a game like it. In comparison to other major game companies that have been developing for years and still release ♥♥♥♥ products, this isn't too bad.

They're quick fixing bugs and actively listening to player feedback.

No one is forcing you to play. If you don't like it, refund it.

this game can be fun, don't get me wrong. however, upon purchasing all the DLC's, I was banned. I have tried to contact the creators, with no luck; I did some research and several other user's have experienced a ban after making the same purchase. Possibly, a game bug. However, the management don't care enough to respond to user feedback or concerns.
