People defending SE for adding qol changes instead of focusing on releasing content ESPECIALLY THE ONE THAT THEY PROMISED US. No quality of life is not content. Someone recommended me this game before and i tried out the free trial now I am thinking if I should either get the game since its on sale and I was thinking about getting BG3 since that would go on sale next week.

So I recently decided to get back into XIV. Last played in 2022 when Shadowbringers was drawing to a close (stopped before Endwalker came out). I redownload the game yesterday (March 15th, 2026), but now when I click "Play" the window pops up, then goes away, and Steam goes back from "Running" to "Play".
