This game as some others mentioned feels like some planet crafter with a few other games sprinkled in. You start of doing similar things, terraforming with drilling, them comes heat, then comes water, etc. It evolves similarly. However you will finish each stage much quicker than you think. I didn't even get to T3 heaters before the temp state was already complete. Once they are complete there is no reason to keep them around you can just tear them down.

However, it also isn't forcing you to put down like 20 drills just for it to take hours to finish which to me would feel more artificially extended. There is a finite amount of materials, but I was able to beat the game and get all the achievements without running out. When you get bots to gather for you then you don't need to worry about that either.

Overall a fun little game, the story is also interesting though it's pretty small and really only exist in memory fragments you find. But you wouldn't really be playing this game for some RPG level story. The road map also a lot of promise too. Took me about 15 hours to 100% the game. Some of the reviews such as "no way to mark locations" isn't true or they added beacons recently which does exactly that, add it to your navigation UI. There are still some ores you really don't use at all but I'm sure you will in the future. Base building is somewhat there but there is no reason to build unless you are bored or just like making them. However, again, not the focus of the game. The mobile wagons and rovers is a nice difference than to other games. You get to drive around with a battery pack, mining lasers, printers, etc.

Right now it was fun, has a nice looking road map, and I've not ran into any bugs luckily.
