The map almost feels like new biomes in the same game, if it wasn't for the different vehicles, flora, and fauna. Their isn't much in the way of new flora, but there is plenty of new fauna. As for vehicles, thankfully they kept the Prawn suit. It is still the work horse and speedy traveler it was. However, instead of the Seamoth and the Cyclops you get the one vehicle to fill both roles: the Seatruck. I might be in the minority on this, but I prefer the Seatruck to the Cyclops. Sure, the Cyclops was a mobile base, but it was huge and difficult to maneuver at times. The Seatruck is very easy to maneuver, and easily configurable for different missions. The other new vehicle, the Snowfox, is garbage, but that's OK because the Prawn is just as good as ever. I do miss the Seamoth, but you get by. Overall, if the original is a 10 I would give this one an 8, which is pretty good for a sequel.

This game is legend for a reason. This game is as close to perfect as any game can be. It will leave you wanting more, so much more. You should already have played it through at least once. If you haven't played it do yourself a favor and go do it now, it's amazing.

I like it. Not only is it fun, but you can take small bites. You don't have to play for hours, you can play for 10 minutes if you want and still have accomplished something.

I was very dissapointed with this game at first because I expected it to be like the first one. They took a different tack this time around. After more play time I have grown to like it a lot. The key is that Sanctum 2 is meant to be played with multiple people. In the later levels you really need 3-4 players to keep a handle on all corners of the map. They really should have given some kind of walkthrough to tell you why they moved your cheese and where they put it. I have friends that hate the game because they got frustrated with it right from the beginning, just like I did. A short walktrhough could have helped that. As long as you accept that you need to play coop, will have to wait to unlock weapons and upgrades until you have earned them, and can put up with the match making problems this is a pretty good game.

PC port not so great, controls are sketchy and can be frustrating. Story is meh at best. Sad really, great premise, bad execution.

Steam removed their BS paid mod system from Skyrim. You guys want to help the modders? Set up a system where the lions share of the money goes to the modders and not to Steam, or a donation system would also work. Steam taking a big cut of the money in the name of "helping modders" doesn't smell like helping modders, it smells like greediness.

I didn't care for Oblivion at all, but this game is excellent. So many ways to make a great character and so many quests it will take you a long time to get bored with this one. Mods open up a ton of options to keep additional playthroughs interesting.
