So before Namikaze Minato's official name was released, the most widely accepted fan name by the fanfiction community was Uzumaki Arashi.
This fan name came out back when Jiraiya was offering to teach Naruto the Summoning Jutsu, and that he had to sign a contract with the Toads. It was mentioned that the last person who signed on the contract was none other than the 4th Hokage. Fans tried to decipher the name then, and they came to the name "Arashi" meaning "Storm".
Since then until the Official Name was revealed, the 4th was dubbed "Arashi" by a lot of fans. This is most noticeable in old fanfiction stories.
