fair enough then, it's just that you were walking towards me with no weapon I assume you didn't notice me somehow so I gave you benefit of the doubt and did not gun you down? Then you stood there awkwardly while we both looked at eachother and decided to pull your gun out on me and gun me down. People generally either shoot on sight or in friendly lobbies like we were in if you walk up on someone and you both don't have a weapon drawn you typically don't just randomly pull a weapon while someone is just standing peacefully with you.
