Haha, it's just the seasonal enemy for the upcoming halloween event. It's a tiny floating skull that moves erratically kinda like Mactera spawns so it's going to be the most annoying one to chase down and kill yet.

I haven't seen any videos about it but you can spawn it yourself with the sandbox tools mod
