Interesting combo of drafting and roguelike elements.

Offering quick and enjoyable sessions, the funny theme mixes well with some interesting planning/strategy in this slot-machine simulator where you draft the icons that fill the machine.

PS: Don't play slots in real life.

This game is so good it created the genre of deckbuilding roguelikes.

I was looking for Slay the Spire lite, and Forward: Escape the Fold delivers.

I can complete runs in 10-15 minutes, and there is a lower skill ceiling and less analysis required. I may not get to 20 hours, never-mind hundreds, but for less than $1/hour of play, I am quite happy with my time and $ spent on this game.

Bastion wows you with its visuals and charms with the absolutely incredible narration. Combat in this action RPG is fun and has endless variety with about a dozen upgradable weapons. The 5-10 hour storyline brings surprising replay-ability in the form of New Game Plus mode, I have nearly beaten the game twice and am eager for round three.

Bastion delivers a great experience that will leave you wanting to talk about it, and if you are at all intrigued by the preview video and screenshots, you should give it a try.

Dota 2 has a steep learning curve, but this highly competitive action/real time strategy game is compellingly addictive. The game possesses incredible depth of strategy, and executing a 5v5 fight with your team where you come out on top is very rewarding.

A word of warning: if you try it out and enjoy the first few matches, you might get hooked.

FTL is my favorite "roguelike" game. It immerses you in managing the ship and its crew as you struggle across the sectors, and the difficulty level is perfect - very hard but just on the right side of possible.

I recommend portal. It is fun. Enjoy the last day of the treasure hunt.
