Polear is actually number 0 on the current PR, and all PR's expanded into the forth dimension (of which we cannot percieve [but polear can]) meaning , as a 6th dimensional being, polear is both omnisciently (all knowingly) and omnichronically (all timingly) single handidly deciding the outcome of every set played in CO melee. However, polear is fully aware of the ethical conundrum that arises by the conflict of interest that is being on the PR panel and also being able to influence the PR (both retroactively and anteroactively) therefore he CHOOSES to remain a passive observer, winning neutral before it happens
