I've played quite a few clicker games and the gold standard is still cookie clicker. Is this as good as cookie clicker? No, but I still quite enjoyed it. The gimmick of having multiple screens that demand your attention is fun and engaging and the aesthetic is great. There's not a ton of content past the Next Fest demo but I still think it was worth my money.

Rest in peace Highguard. It wasn't earth-shattering, but it was fun. I think this could have been a really good game had they been given the time to respond to player feedback and tighten match flow. To be perfectly honest had the reveal not gone down the way it did this probably would have quietly EoSed a couple years later but instead it was a public execution and I don't think it deserved that. It isn't Concord 2 in terms of quality but it shares a similar fate nonetheless. Few will mourn you but I choose to be one of them.

I don't think this one gets enough love, controlling this just feels good.
The level of mechanical depth just feels great and I had a blast from start to finish. It's not expensive and goes on sale for a solid discount, it's just the right size for a weekend game at about 7-8 hours long and is mostly meat, little filler. High recommendation.

Dredge is incredible. I was engaged from the first minute and could barely put it down. I 100%ed it over the course of a weekend and it was all I did. This is one of those games I'm going to keep thinking about for years to come.

During one of my matches I encountered a guy named "Combat Jazz" who was constantly playing jazz music through his mic. This game is such soul it's unbelievable.
