I've followed this series since the very first game in '96. Still manages to strike that fine line between despair and power fantasy. Capcom is absolutely crushing it 30 years later.

Followed development since it was announced over a decade ago and it was certainly worth the wait. Takes me back to the days of dying at the hands of an oversized robot in The Journeyman Project Turbo. Love the retro-future aesthetic, can't wait to get my IC plushie next year. Perfect retro aesthetic that really transports me back to my PS1 days. Making long haul deliveries in white-out conditions listening to shoegaze/pop/punk radio and drinking black coffee to take the edge off - 10/10.

One of my first genuine horror experiences was with the first Silent Hill. Heartworm evokes the melancholy and bewilderment that I felt running through those mist filled streets over 25 years ago. Many games have tried and failed to capture that lightning in a bottle, and I must say that you've done an admirable job here. Clearly a labor of love and I look forward to seeing the conclusion. Thank you.

While I wait for Yoko Taro to warp my brain again this has been an amazingly fun romp through a post apocalyptic world with tight combat and beautiful visuals. This is also very well optimized compared to most PC ports, and I have no issues on my 5600x and 5070 setup. This really evokes one of my favorite settings in all of video games - Midwich Elementary from the first Silent Hill. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for not making me run from knife wielding demon children though. Plenty of adrenaline filled moments without straining my sanity to a breaking point. This was a fun prelude to Halloween this year and I can tell the game was made with love. Well done, bravo!

For the price of a movie ticket this will stay with me far longer than most horror films I've seen. Thank you for making my Halloween spooky again.
