Cocoa Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1 glass of milk
Half a glass of oil
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 packet of baking powder
1 packet of vanillin
1.5 cups flour
Preparation:
Put the eggs and sugar in a bowl and beat with a mixer for 2-3 minutes.
Add milk and vegetable oil, mix again.
Sift the cocoa, vanillin, baking powder and flour. Mix with a spatula or mixer until smooth.
Pour into the greased cake mold.
Bake in a preheated 170°C oven for 35-40 minutes.
Check with a toothpick; if it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
