I hadn't been this invested in a video game in a while. Story is great, music is great, jokes are great.
A couple enemies in hard mode gave me some trouble (notably the first couple times I encountered the samurai) but that's just part of the learning curve for parries.

Honestly, this game feels like a steal - once you finish the game you unlock more content and even customizations.
If you're on the edge, give it a try.

Well, after playing this game for some time I think I can say a couple of things about it.
First of all, Dota is ment to be a team game. If you play with friends you will definitely have a better time, and more fun.

I wanted to write something about the community on this review, but there are so many different cases that I can't possibly write all my ideas. In two sentences:
-Be excellent to each other.
-You can't stop people from flaming, but you have to differenciate from people flaming because they are sore, and when you've done a costly mistake to your team.

One way to get better at this game is downloading the replay where you got crushed. And watch what the player that crushed you did. Learn from your mistakes. There are far too many strategies, too many heroes and too many comboes for you to discover them from experience alone.
Most of the time you'll discover that crucial mistake you made, or that sneaky thing that they pulled on you.

Don't be discouraged. This game is wonderful when played right.

Every time I crash it makes me want to play more. Every car is a different world, and every car's settings can be customized.
If you're a petrolhead, you'll like this game.

It gets a bit of work to get used to it, but after a couple of days you're set and you'll never want an xbox360 controller ever again.
