Ugly and empty world, same slow unresponsive gameplay for the 5th game in a row.

The game design is bad, the ai is awful, and the game is completely not historically accurate.

After 2.0 patch the game feels completly different and not in a good way:
Border expansion now takes almost all of your attention because it has become a tedious micromanagment task.
The way wars play out now is simply terrible. War exhaustion needs a lot of work.
They only left us the worst FTL that I personally never liked before. Together with outposts spam it makes the game much slower.
The new DLC costs a lot, yet it doesn't add much. The previous one with robots was better.

tl dr it is not the same game. Just can't make myself play it anymore. Will not recommend to anyone.

PS forgot to add - really dislike the space fortress and especially the crew quarters spam to increase the fleet capacity. Not sure how I feel about smaller fleets, given that you have 0 control of them in battle and that they may target different things instead of focusing something.

Boring RPG with Bioware level of "progressiveness"

Good features but extremly boring timeframe. If they just implemented those features into Rome 2 it would be an excellent game.

Probably the best RTS coming out this year
