Rockstar sucks at anticheats, people are able to teleport the entire server to themselves, spawn explosives anywhere, spawn any kind of entity, and crash the game of everyone if they so desire

I simply cannot recommend this game as it currently is if you're looking to play with friends.

Multiplayer and in particular dedicated servers are simply too broken and feel very much like afterthoughts.
Multiple features don't work on dedicated servers, such as items (the crane, an item letting you mine on vehicles comes to mind), and the entire latest DLC which doesn't work at all on dedicated servers. Dedicated servers also only run on Windows, which is annoying if you are someone who uses any kind of actual server, which will most likely run Linux.

Not only does the game crash way too often, the reconnecting process is broken and works 1/10 time, in which case you're banned from playing the game for an undetermined amount of time

Welcome to Team Fortress 2. After nine years in development, hopefully it will have been worth the wait. To listen to a commentary node, put your crosshair over the floating commentary symbol and press your primary fire. To stop a commentary node, put your crosshair over the rotating node and press your primary fire again. Some commentary nodes may take control of the game in order to show something to you. In these cases, simply press your primary fire again to stop the commentary. In addition, your secondary fire will cycle you through all the commentary nodes in the level.
