If you have ever liked any JRPG ever, then you have to play this game. The story might be the best in the history of games. When you are done, play it again, and it will feel like a completely different story. So many details you miss, so many more deeper meanings to things, so many cute touches.

They made a mistake and over promised and under delivered at launch. However, they have spent years making it up to the players. Update after update. We forgive them now. This game is good. You should play it.

Don't play it if you have responsibilities

If you like these kinds of games, this maybe be the best of its kind.

Put almost 60 hours of multiplayer in already. Most fun I have had in a pvp fps since tf2 came out. Yeah, their monetization methods are horrible and big team battles have been broken for months but the monetization is just for cosmetics and the other modes are a ton of fun to.

It is not just that there is no save and that you can loose out on tons of time from tiny mistakes. It is that it is impossible to know that you are making a mistake until it is too late. You have no way of knowing how large of a wave is coming until it is already here. So if you guessed wrong then you get to play a monotonous replay of the same content and you can't even speed up the game to get you back into the action faster. You can't mod the game to fix those issues either.

Started out wondering if I would like this game. Some cliche in the early story and derivative mechanics. However the story and the acting got better as it went, the mechanics became more fun, and the rats are just amazing. Kept getting better and better as it went and in the end I was really in love with the game.

This game doesn't seem like it would be stressful. You pause, make a plan, hit play, pause any time you want. There is no part of this that I would expect to make me stress out, but it is so stressful! ... fun though.

Bomberman with so many players!

I suggest a new tagline for future games. Rogue Legacy like. This is the only type of rouge-like I will play.
