Pick your class (and feel free to double up with others) among 4 options: Driller, Gunner, Scout, and Engineer!
Lots and lots of gun and skin options! I've played for more than 300 hours and have not gotten all the gun options, which I've been prioritizing. I've got probably more than half of the skin options that you don't have to buy, as I'm saving my money for gun options)
Drink a variety of beers, each of which have their own effect on you!
Some of those effects help you on missions!
Tip the bartender!
Dance near a jukebox that plays a variety of semi-recognizable songs!
Kick barrels!
Into a ring of fire!
Turn off the gravity in your home space pod! Management loves that!
Harvest bonus materials to help your dwarves excel!
Promote your dwarves so that more activities and unlocks become available to them*!
Dig, explore, and kill through several (more than 5) different mission types, in more than 6 different environments, with procedurally generated levels that are sometimes very beautiful!
Accomplish secondary objectives for bonus experience and gold, allowing for more unlocks!
Cheer "we're rich!" when you find a large clump of gold! (By tagging it)
Remember never to leave Hoxxes without Doretta! (You can leave without Doretta, but I don't recommend it...make sure to pick up her head and bring it with you to the escape pod)
And, most important of all, encourage your friends with a salute and cheer!

*Befriending bugs and other bonus abilities aren't things that are immediately available, but can be earned with more playtime.
**While you can definitely make progress and enjoy the game solo, I,having more than 100 hours' experience playing solo, heartily recommend playing with friends on voice chat.
