Anyway, rant aside. It's a good game and I enjoyed it.

I love finding all the secrets in the shop.

It's superb. Art, atmosphere, pacing, writing, mystery, gameplay: all excellent.

There's a lot of talking in this game and with many similar games I often get bored super quick as the writing is bad and the dialog overly long and tedious, but I haven't felt that here once. Instead I zip from juncture to juncture gradually accumulating a broader picture of the mystery.

There's a lot of characters in this game, but they are introduced at a perfect pace so you don't feel overwhelmed.

Great job this studio!

Edit: finished it. The mystery got less coherent as I played, some parts are quite contrived. The ending was dumb. Overall was a good game.

Sucks to be team cherry. Spend 7 years making a sequel that feels like well produced fan fiction.

In this game everything is mud.

So far: no. SDV knew how to intro. Brief intro. Tiny concise conversations and then you’re in it PLAYING THE GAME. I’m 13 minutes and have barely been able to control my character. I could tolerate it if the dialog was well written but it’s ♥♥♥♥.

Framerate dropped to 3 or 4 fps after a few hours and I can't find a fix online.
