Undying (lol) classics and exactly how dark souls game is supposed to be. Wonky controls, misbehaving camera and some technical issues with the engine might scare off new players, but if you're willing to weather through all of that, you're in for quite a ride, my friend, so buckle up those butt-cheeks and prepare to die.

Dark Souls 1 The Sequel. Pretty much the same game with minor improvments, even though the game already was perfect.

Store page summary is surprisingly accurate. Very positive ratining also well deserved. That said, it's not so much a game, than it's artsy experiment. If you seek some challenges or, indeed, any gameplay at all, skip this "game". Otherwise, 10\10, would hang myself again.

I've played through dark souls one, two and SotFS like a maniac i am. It's nice to see developers blend action and rpg rather skillfuly and From most certainly achived it. We all can agree, that DS1 had beautifully (un)told story, DS2 fixed some flawes in mechanics and introduces truly fun multyplayer expirience, even though one might argue that "fun" and "dark souls" do not belong together. And now SotFS... did nothing, actually. Some enemies were moved, some pathes were closed. You can, however, open them in any order you like, wich leads to some incidents, where you can skip whole areas. It kind of brings us back to the formula, but not really. Finding a well hidden location is not the same that buying a key to artificially blocked one. To summarize this babbling, SotFS is as good, as DS2, if only because it's the same thing. If you didn't buy DS2, then go on and pay for this overpriced expantion pack, otherwise wait for DS3, our lord and savior.
