Si hay un juego que merezca el premio a "Con amor y dedicación", es este.

Great game to spend time with friends. Or to hunt solo, if you dare.
The great care the developers put into this is amazing. They listen to the community and keep updating the game with all kind of improvements.
So, this is one of the games I'll forever keep installed, 'cause this is a gem worth coming back to from time to time.
Edit: Amazing seasonal updates too. Loved the Halloween one.
Edit 2: They're still making this game better and better. The items updates and all are amazing.

A true hidden gem.
Very few games had got me thinking and meditating days and weeks after I finished them, and The Cat Lady is one of them. A very rare pleasure.
I have to say, this is a game with a soul. You can tell all the time, effort and heart they put into it.
Feels like you need to have a certain mindset to fully enjoy it, but even if you don't, it's completely worthwhile.
It is a really oscure, deep, meaningful game, and I can't stop recommending it to everyone I know.

Now for a more in detail review:

Story: 9.75
Like I said before, this game got me thinking for a very long time, and that's something only great masterpieces can achieve. The characters and story are something that I can't never forget in my whole life, and that says a lot.
The narrative is great, very well written. The only complain I have, and that's why I don't give it a 10, is that in some specific scenes of the story I got a little lost, didn't understand what was happening and felt that it could be carried out a little better, but to be honest, it didn't undermine the whole experience a bit.

Length: 8.5
It took me around 10 hours to complete the first gameplay, and I think that's pretty much for a game like this. I can add that it has different endings and so it makes replayability an option, getting to maybe 15 hours or so. I wish it was longer though, 'cause I enjoyed it so much, in the end I felt it was too short.

Gameplay: 8
Ok, this is somewhat the "worst" aspect of the game for me. It's not bad per se, but it felt a little clumsy at times. It is very easy to get through it, just move left or right and interact with another button. But sometimes the menu got stucked for a second, making movements a little rough. I have to say, anyway, that I was playing on a controller, so I'm not quite sure it was a problem of the game itself (it doesn't have support for controllers, even if you can use one) or of the controller.

Difficulty: 8
This is not a hard game. I think it's not supposed to. I think it focuses more on telling the story and it does that brilliantly. It has some puzzles, and they are enough. Some of them needs you to think out of the box, like someone has said in another comment, but it's not much trouble, specially if you're used to puzzle games and such.

Graphics: 9.75
I'm going to be honest. At first the graphics were so weird and creepy they made me uncomfortable. I (foolish me) almost stop playing 'cause of them. But then I start seeing that maybe that was intentional. Start to see all the details, all the care and thorough they were. I started to see them with completely new eyes, and they were just fantastic and they fulfill their purpose perfectly. This is not a "beautiful" game to look at, and that it's what makes it awesome.

Soundtrack: 10
This section is tricky. I could and should have made different sections for this one, but I didn't want to make this (even) longer. So here it is.
The voices are great. Some of them disturbing. Some of them deep. The voice acting in some cases are great too, but there's something that bugs me here. Sometimes I feel like the sound mix were made in a hurry or something. Some lines sound too loud all of a sudden, and some others ripped my ears (MEH-ZE-RY). I think that taken some more time to fix this would have improved the final result entirely.
The ambience sound is flawless. My recomendation is to enjoy this game with headphones as it makes much more sense. Every sound puts you there along with Susan and makes you feel like her.
The music is awesome. Nothing more to add. Well, yes. It's AMAZING. The election of songs, the timing, the feelings they express... everything. It's so frustrating like artists like these don't get much more credit. When I can, I'm totally getting the soundtrack here on steam, will worth every cent I spend on it.

Años después de su lanzamiento y sigue siendo divertido y entretenido. No hay que olvidar que siguen añadiendo contenido para el online de forma más o menos regular, y de forma gratuita, lo que siempre es de agradecer. Otras compañías por lo mismo o menos, pretenden cobrarte mínimo 20 euros...

Qué decir de este juego que no de haya dicho ya.
Que ya no se hacen juegos como antes.
Que ya no cuidan los detalles.
Que ya no hay minijuegos tan entretenidos como el Triple Triad, el Gold Saucer, o el bosque de los Chocobos...

Sin duda, una época dorada para los videojuegos. Muchísimas horas de historia épica y personajes más o menos acertados, pero siempre bien perfilados.

El juego es 11/10.
El port... 5/10.

Si le meteis los mods adecuados (recomiendo el de cambiarle la música a la original, y el de suavizar las texturas), merece la pena.
