Good campaign! Although the ending was underwhelming. It plays, looks and runs great, so for €5,99 it was a good deal. Would recommend.

Inscryption is a special type of game, where the main core of the game is just a side plot. The card game that is played throughout the game, is very well executed and overall fun to play. It develops in intricacy as you progress through the game. Eventhough it is the pillar of the game and very fun to play, you will be playing to further your understanding of the story. It's one of those few games where you get excited when there's a cutscene or the gameplay stops because you have to go grab something. I like how the game doesn't prevent you from making absolutely OP cards, reminds me a bit of Magicka.

All in all good game, definitely recommend going in blind. I'd like to see someone turn this into a balanced PvP card game.

I have mixed feelings about the SOTE DLC. It is in part one of the best FromSoft has ever made, and in part some of the worst. I think it is worth the price tag as there is sufficient content and some of the areas are absolutely gorgeous. What annoys me however, is that the prettiest parts of the DLC are the most devoid of content which is such a bummer. I did however love the Shadow Keep and Midra's Manse as legacy dungeons, probably some of the best FromSoft has made. It is also the location of arguably one of the best boss fights FromSoft has ever made, Messmer. I think Messmer is such a good boss fight as it is very difficult and varied, but always fair. There's pretty much no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ going on once you learn the attacks. Furthermore I also liked the sunflower, Rellana and Midra.

But oh my god does some of the DLC just suck ass, Commander Gaius, the stupid hand boss, the second dancing lion and the second phase of the final boss are just ass in my opnion. It just feels like they weren't playtested. Also I really disliked the entirety of the Ruins of Rauh. It was just bland and confusing (but not in a fun way). There is no joy in getting lost in hallways that all look the same, I'm not playing some 90's dungeon crawler. Also there are like no new enemies there. I also feel like the St. Trina questline could be a bit more fleshed out, I was just expecting more. The ending was also a bit lackluster.

But enough ranting here's a summary:

The Good:
- Very good legacy dungeons
- Again a high focus on NPC's (Although the role they play isn't as big as you'd first expect)
- Good variety of new weapons
- Some of the prettiest areas FromSoft has ever made
- Some of the absolute best boss fights FromSoft has made
- The new scadutree levelling system works well in my opnion and incentivises exploration
- Dungeons are cool and just used sparingly enough as to not become bland
- Nailmaster Sly but in Elden Ring
- A lot of content
- Verticality in the map
- Cool stuff haha

The Bad:
- Some the worst bossfights FromSoft has made
- Empty areas devoid of content
- Areas that are confusing in a bad way and just reuse enemies (looking at you Ruins of Rauh)
- TOO ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ DARK (Look I get that it's the land of shadows and all, but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ are some open areas way too dark. Like my lantern doesn't do ♥♥♥♥, it's annoying to look at and I can't see ♥♥♥♥)
- Also came to the realisation, why can't we lock on to ancient dragon legs?
- Camera in the dancing lion bossfight
- Final boss is just weird I don't even know, from a lore perspective it confuses me and the second phase is just a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mess
- Wished the NPC questlines were more convuluted and fleshed out
- WHY THE ♥♥♥♥ ARE THOSE STONE CATERPILLARS SO ANNOYING IN THE DLC (I think out of everything they were the most rage inducing)

Alright well this was probably my longest review ever, all in all, is worth your money? Absolutely. Just don't expect the quality to be a steady line throughout the DLC.

I guess I just miss Dark Souls, MiniEngineer out.

Painfully bland and devoid of any incentive to play

It pains me to leave a negative review, bu there is nothing else I can give it. It was just so incredibly bland, that is was disappointing. I wasn't that hesitant buying it, because I knew even if the story is ass, at least the exploration in Bethesda games are good. But in Starfield they just decided to do away with the exploration. There is no fun in exploring a billion small levels. You can't just walk in a direction and discover stuff, and even if you do decide to use the stupid fast travel/loading screen/levels system, there is no reward for doing so. There are no cool structures or cool missions, just recycled space stations and slightly different fetch quests.

There is absolutely no incentive for me to keep playing.

The characters are boring and I can't find myself giving a ♥♥♥♥ about any of them. The music is boring, but I didn't expect much from the guy that made the Fallout OST because the music was boring there too.

I partially did like the perk and levelling overhaul.

I just don't know who this game is for, they managed to make a game that appeals to nobody but some Xbox exces. Idk what Todd and his team were thinking, but they really need to get their heads out of their asses for TES VI.

I PLAYED THIS GAME ON MY NES MINI, THAT'S WHY MY PLAYTIME IS SO LOW

Micro Mages is probably one of the best games you can get for the NES. The levels present a fair challenge and are overall well designed. I completed the game and the second quest on normal and hard. I would assume it's also a fun game to play with a friend on the NES, but I haven't tried.

All in all
8/10 for an NES game

I ACTUALLY HAVE 111 HOURS PLAYED, BUT PLAYED THEM OFFLINE

Divinity II is perhaps the RPG experience. Having come from mainly bethesda RPG's, Divinity II has opened my eyes to the potential of the genre.
It starts a bit slow but once you get into it, you can truly start to live in Rivellon. Being able to talk to everyone and being able to interact with pretty much anything, allows for you to feel like you have a place in the game world.

The good
- Built from the ground up for co-op (which can be done with only one copy is you are a bit cheeky)
- Funny and very well written dialogue
- Always more than three ways to solve an issue
- Incredible freedom
- Doesn't shy away from letting players cheese and solve fights/issues by being smart
- Rewards players for thinking out of the box
- Your choices matter
- Your attributes matter and you are rewarded for having a high level in a skill
- Intricate combat system (may take a while to understand fully)
- Very detailed and intricate environments
- Good story
- Pretty much anything you can think of doing, the developers accounted for

The bad
- Don't play if you don't like reading or paying attention
- Not doing every quest in an Act, will lock you out of precious XP
- Inventory management is a pain.
- The quest with the two dogs in Fort Joy doesn't have a happy ending :(

All in all, I'd say that until I have played Baldur's Gate 3, Divnity II is the standard for what RPG should be. If you like RPG's and are not shy of reading and really investing yourself in a world, I would highly recommend Divnity II.

9/10

Great fun! A nice sidestep from the usual type of puzzles, imo these are more focussed on fun. I liked the mechanic of perfecting your run and performance! If this is an example of the We Were Here series' future, I am excited! Everything was really good
