Don't really want to make this too long winded so here we go.

Pros:
-Game is basically a love letter to Final Fantasy fans. Its got some fanservice for everyone, and a lot of fanservice for long time fans.
-The game has a killer soundtrack.
-The game is very player friendly. Its got hundreds of hours of content for players of all kinds, from the most casual to the most hardcore to those that only care about wearing thematic outfits.
-The game actually has a pretty good story, which you would think is weird for an MMO, but is one of the core features.
-All classes can be levelled on a single character, which gives tons of versatility and options.

Cons:
-The game can feel like it drags at times. This is especially true at lower levels. This applies to both the gameplay, which is extremely simple at lower levels, and the story, which takes a while to get going.
-Instanced zones can be a bit jarring. The expac areas are very large, generally speaking, so its less of an issue with them, but still something that might feel weird coming from more seamless MMOs.
-The combat has a fairly long innate CD to abilities. Some classes play much faster than others, but this can feel very slow, especially early on.

Overall though, this is a very good game and a great value even for a subscription based experience. You get hundreds of hours of game that respects your time. Hard not to recommend it.

Great card game. Can be a bit frustrating sometimes but putting together a deck and clawing your way to victory is the best.

I bought this game on a whim because I love anything remotely "Eldritch". Turned out to be the right choice. The cartoony graphics can be a little jarring, but are overall solid. The music design is fantastic. The multiple routes have distinct gameplay differences and I had no issue playing through twice in a row. The horde mechanic takes a bit to get used to, but adds a constant pressure to areas which is actually kind of nice. I also love how the perk system really allows for distinctive builds. The cannon, for example, is mostly utility without any upgrades, but if you fully spec for it it can win boss fights in relatively few shots. I really can't recommend this game enough if you enjoy metroidvanias.
