If you're okay with losing 35 hours in basically three days then this is a great game I'd highly recommend. If you're sane, I don't recommend it.

There are merits here, and this game is worth the price of entry. But this is not a horror game and I feel ripped off because I saved this for Halloween and should not have. This is a competent indie fishing sim with a very unsatisfying ending and empty promises besides the fishing. Get it if you want a fishing sim. Don't get it if you want a horror game. The vibes and aesthetics are pleasant, the fishing is fun enough, but it will let you down if you look for more than that.

I was extremely hyped for Small Saga, bought it more or less day one and then time just slipped by for almost two years. After finally getting to it, it was excellent. It's a short, sweet JRPG and if the title, images and trailer appeal to you at all you'll very likely enjoy this.

My only real criticism is so beyond stupid, but what can I say. All the characters just kinda... jump around. There's a walking animation, but if they're a bit further away during a dialogue or something they tend to just kinda jump around and it looks kinda wonky. Yeah. That was my biggest issue throughout the whole game.

Please give this a whirl if it looks up your alley at all, I think it will be.

If you want a kind of clunky kart racer with an IP you enjoy this is worth getting on a deep sale. Otherwise, why are you even looking at this?

If you like One Piece and want a fun action game you can't go wrong with this Dynasty Warriors spin-off.

10/10 visions of the future

Had some major issues with the game lagging and controller inputs being dropped. The dev was extremely open to communication and helped figure out some of the problems, up to adding a different branch to figure out compatibility issues. Absolute stellar dev! Highly recommend using a USB cord to connect your controller if the game feels off at all. The controls are great and I played through most of the game without realizing it hah.

The game itself is a wonderful callback to N64 era platformers, if you like them, you'll love this. Some of the objectives are a bit more abstract and I found myself wandering around the level a bit more than I would have liked. On the flip side there's stuff hidden everywhere. It's a short experience, with some really engaging platformer level designs. Well worth your time all around.
