Been playing for a few hours and I'm having a good time. Theres plenty to do if you stay on a planet for more than ten minutes. Some planets have riches but the sentinels are frenzied, some are rich with fauna and flora others are dead planets and moons with derelict buildings where the inhabitants mysteriously vanished. Find and repair crashed ships, decipher old distress signals, locate ancient ruins and monoliths. Be an explorer, a trader, a pirate, hunt sentinels foe their resources. I've been having a good time though this may not be for everyone but please, let me cope with the cancellation of Firefly in my own way.
