go in my backyard and eat tree bark alongside some grass
3:00 go back inside and take a ice bath for 20 minutes
3:20 get out of ice bath and stand outside in my backyard while still wet for 20 minutes
3:40 put on suit and go outside in flip flops scavenging for berries
4:00 sprint back home no stops 4 miles
5:00 take another ice bath
5:20 plank for an hour
6:20 sprint to work 6 miles
7:40 arrive at work
8:00 fired because started deconstructing the office microwave in search of copper
8:10 sprint back home snother 6 miles
9:10 ice bath for an hour
