Lost my save so now I have to replay A to X just to get the Z achievement
10/10 would connect the lynes again

The good:
-fun
-randomness
-lots of unlockables and dudes to play
-melee combat if you suck at aiming, like me
-artifacts for different experiences and challenges
-development is alive, DLC soon

The bad:
-nothing is inherently bad. Bug fixes and game changes are always coming out

The ugly:
-brass contraption bonking your good run into oblivion
-your friends stealing your items in co-op
-one more run

Good fun if you like platformers/metroidvanias

+absolutely beautiful art, animation and nice voice acting
+great gameplay and controls
+not too short, not too long
+not an expensive title
-regions can be repetitive and rooms very large
-enemies can overwhelm you if you don`t stop and kill them (doesn`t happen as much as the reviewers say)
-aerial combat when zoomed out (boss fights) can be a little weird

Short and cute, nice music. Also taught me the square root of 1764.

Great game overall. Requires close attention and constant scenario inspecting, has a nice atmosphere and feel to it. If you like robots/AI themes this is for you, and if you're not particularly interested this is a potential starter. Puzzles are not frustrating nor dumb, combat is pretty simple and trivial but that's not a big deal. Replay value lies in a few different choices that can be made and opportunities that can be revisited in a second playthrough, check the achievements.

Well, this is unfortunate. Getting hyped and hitting your face in a wall, it is. I wasn't deceived by the "cool exploration and hard puzzles" thing, that may be not a lie. The problem is: this game is just no good. The controls feel heavy, the screen/map loading is weird and... you know, no point ranting. People need to accept we're in 2014 and games that were created two decades ago (this is a remake, but whatever) are just what they are. That frustrating and unresponsive struggle masked as difficulty shouldn't be regarded as some fulfilling experience. Don't be fooled by nostalgia.
