Good value when on sale. All the tracks are fresh sounding with fun charts and nice visuals. Breathes a lot of new life in to the game if you're getting tired of the base music.

Had the pleasure of meeting Kovarex at a charity do once. He was surprisingly down to earth, and VERY funny.

This game is like meditation to me. I sometimes want to get up and do something else, but I only have a few in-game hours until I reach my destination, so I stay and complete the job, keeping my mind focused. Once I've completed one job I'm moving on to the next, I'm free from my busy unthinking mind when playing ETS2, there is only the road and the job now.

Every time I start to enjoy myself in this game some obviously cut content or missing feature becomes glaringly obvious and just ruins the experience.
I've just started a quest line with a character called Delamain, the face of an AI powered taxi service, to wrangle rogue vehicles affected by some sort of virus. I love the character and I'm looking forward to uncovering more about this mysterious AI.
But then it hits me. This character, who's sole purpose is to provide taxi services in Night City, has me picking up cars for him, but I can't get him to send me a car? I can't call a cab in this game? Delamain's services are a major point in one of the first big missions, am I supposed to just accept that Delamain who is now friendly with me on a personal level won't send me a car and drive me around this open world like he seemingly does for every other citizen?
Why did they go with these uninspired fast travel terminals when they've gone to the effort of implementing this interesting character who let me remind you, IS A TAXI SERVICE, only to not let you use said taxi service?
I can contact all these other characters and get endless text messages from people I don't even care about but I can't call Delamain and just say hey come pick me up because I'm bored of these ropey driving mechanics and just want to get from A to B?
Bugs aside, the game is full of underdeveloped features and cut content like this that ruin the experience. There's a good story and interesting characters here, but it's criminal that CDPR sell this game as an immersive RPG when they can't even implement something as simple as a taxi service (something Saints Row 1 had in 2006) in to their "groundbreaking" open world.
Do not buy this game until it is finished, clearly in this state it is not, and the asking price is a joke.

Be aware this game does have some performance issues. Prepare to do some googling and fiddling with settings before you get a good framerate. The game is more than worth it though. Please buy it even in 2020 so that squeenix wake up and continue the franchise. The universe and story are too good to die and definitely worth 40+ hours of your time so play it.

Ball breakingly hard, endlessly rewarding. PC port is great but I still prefer the Dreamcast version.
