As someone who's been playing SP on and off before fuselages were even a thing, I'm a bit bummed out about this one. Back in the old days XML was considered some form of crazy black-magic voodoo only used by eccentric sorcerers in their EEEEVIIIIIL wizard towers... (remember Hypnotoad?)

Once XML got released as a simple mod everyone could use I & many others found the game basically unplayable without it. Real shame it ain't in the game ngl. I get the devs are tryin' to cut down on all the stuff you need XML for, but ya really can't get rid of it once ya start wanting to do stuff with a little more precision/detail.

The build UI/Controls could do with a few tweaks too, as it's very obvious it was meant for mobile devices & it feels horrendous to use on PC

It's like an oven roast, but without the meat (engaging/fun gameplay) and only vegetables (story and mechanics).

I will give it to 'em, the "vegetables" are very well-cooked, but without the meat it ain't a roast.
