no i literally just said i did in fact cheat achievements but thats all i never cheated anything or anywhere else

But it does show you're lying. While it didn't cause the ban, you DID cheat to get those achievements.

no one got ever banned for cheating achievement's by using in-game server commands or program's like steam achievement manager
