FIRST, MAKE THE BREADING ASSEMBLY LINE: IN ONE BOWL, STIR TOGETHER THE FLOUR, SEASONED SALT, SALT AND PEPPER. IN A SEPARATE BOWL, BEAT THE EGGS AND WATER. IN A THIRD BOWL, ADD THE BREADCRUMBS.
