其實，這不只是一款小黃油，更是一款鍛鍊兄弟的健身軟體，
遊戲一開，直接進入主要教程，直來直往，毫不囉嗦
5套訓練課程，由男主跟女主親自示範標準動作
搭配高清無阻礙的畫面，不僅賞心悅目，也很實用

雖然每套訓練課程時間都不長，不過強度很高，如果覺得練一個循環不夠，可以多練幾個循環，或是搭配不同套一起訓練
這是一個可以陪你用很久的實用軟體，絕對值得收藏

記得，鍛鍊前要先作好熱身運動，注意身體狀況，不要勉強鍛鍊，鍛鍊次數也要節制！
