Combat is still just really bad, devolving into awkward foot jousting. Developers just come off as really insincere straight up lying about why they implemented a premium requirement for guild claims. Just say you want money, nobody cares. Map is super buggy and it can take a couple minutes just for it to render properly and be able to be interacted with.

Telling players they can just make a personal claim in the green zone if they aren't premium, no thanks I don't play to engage with abysmal AI from 2005. It's a blatant cash grab and I might've given the game a positive review if the community manager posting on these reviews was upfront about this fact. I'm more concerned about guilds having a 1 month head start over whatever an onion guild is. The PVP is absolutely fun but the legacy issues from the age of bobik are still present, mainly animations not playing when you swing or run out of stamina.

I really just don't like the way the devs represent themselves, LTG isn't bobik. You bought the rights to the game when everyone stopped playing but that doesn't mean you developed the game. You're corporate vikings and you threw a coat of paint on someone else's longboat.

Amazing game, very difficult though. If you have trouble with this game understand that there is a progression system in the form of rewards. This can give you anything from extra food, money, or even an extra starting unit. It cannot be understated how helpful these are to your campaign.

They are obtained by killing enemy bosses and you have to finish a run to completion to claim the reward. Don't just start a run and start a new save when you start losing.
