I don't know what the developers were thinking when they made the new version, because it is extremely unbalanced and unfun. You can just pick up the babies at any time, stopping them from whatever action for at least 3 seconds, and then breaking out only stuns the dad for 4 seconds - giving very little time for anything to be accomplished whatsoever. It's just a stunlock fest. And the split screen is the most broken thing I have ever had the displeasure of using. The controls are extremely janky yet oversimplified.

The original version was way more fun, and while having more features and multiplayer is cool, they completely sacrificed the game balance that made the original any fun at all.

I highly recommend sticking with the original, but the original is also buggy and lacks the multiplayer support of the new version, so, what're you gonna do.
