I welcome you to the game that was stuck in 12 years of development due to bankrupcy, development issues and many many things more! (God, I love this jank).

Big cudos to shanghai Bokura Network Technology for reviving this small piece and actually picking up the curse of this game because it's not an easy feat, taking up literally a decade old thing up and make it work and run.

It may be absolute jank now - but this is why we love it! Me and my friends at least...
Honestly it does feel PSO2/FFXIV ish but in a cardboard version - though I gotta say that the JD Mechanic works perfectly fine here while holding FFXIV combat style in tact, it maybe doesn't have much impact but hey - none of these games I talked about do in the end, plus this game is absolutely well optimized since my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in reality shouldn't be running this thing which I struggle to run NGS or FFXIV on lowest settings.

How many times this game has been sold off to another company? Jesus f**king christ.
BUT IT'S HERE, RUNNING!!! AND DESPITE ALL, I AM GLAD IT'S HERE!

Life skills don't differ much from FFXIV except you can only craft at designated stations but the game can run in the background and you can go cook yourself some dinner meanwhile the game processes your materials.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of emotes you can get for free, a small load of costumes - but I heard people complain about no weapon skins whatsoever - well skill issue, just wait for the camos to come out, PSO2 did the same thing and yes it's expensive.
Some people were saying Pay2Prog, dude it's just life skills... If you can't understand the beauty behind simplicty and patience then go back to the other games.

I've played it's mimicking version Crystal of Atlan which is basically the same game done under a month in URE4 with paid assets while remaining predatory over costumes as well but who gives?! You can still get stuff for free and just a friendly reminder - this game hasn't been running for long (wheeze...), though let's give the devs a chance to redeem themselves because I believe that you guys can do more! Thanks for making my teenage dream come true.

I have never ever encountered a game with such a crazy story, while remaining completely serious yet bizarre and sometimes actually funny moments as well, the art style hits harder than anything else I've played before, at least if it comes to visual novels.

I'm waiting for more, completed it in one go. Can't wait 🫸🫷

I have never ever seen such a game before, so well written, one that makes you think and let you ponder on what's actually going on, having no clue what you're doing this whole time, slowly learning where this whole ordeal is heading. The game is slightly chilling, especially the more you get into it, it makes you feel nervous, uneasy the longer you're in - slowly eating and rotting your brain away with a massive headache that leaves a heavy moral conclusion on the sole end, choices matter and it's a wonderful thing, I am pretty sure I'll be returning to this game once in a while just to relieve this again because it genuinely is a lesson for all of us, the construct is simple and I had flashbacks of my own past while playing this, it sort of shown me something I was turning blind eye to.

A masterpiece like no other, I fell in love.
Please make more.

So far, I've crossed many Metrolovania-like side-scrolling RPG's.
ICEY is the best of it's kind and I can assure everyone that this game can surely be as fun as also intriguing.
The gameplay is smooth, the art is stunning and the narrator is silly and funny.
If you are looking for a game in which you could have fun but as also have a good laugh at the same time;
You should definitely try ICEY out.
