CS:GO Review
I do not like this game. But it is not a bad game at all, it just depends on what you are looking for.

If you want a game that is fast-paced, rewards speed, reaction, and hand-eye coordination, then do not get CSGO. If you want a game that is slower-paced, based on holding corners, and teamwork, then this might be a game for you.

CSGO is not a pure FPS shooter. To be good at it you need to be heavily depending on strategies.

I do not recommend this game only because I prefer arcade-style fast-paced reaction FPS games. I mainly only got this game to play Deathmatch, which is a little enjoyable. But Matchmaking is not, too slow, too boring.

I gave this game a rating of 8/10. The gameplay is fabulous and the main reason why I played this game. Your character is very agile and can do a lot of gymnastic moves. On top of it you have some wonderful gadgets to help you solve missions. This is the fun part. The big problem with this game is the story. It is extremely badly explained, you have no idea what is going on, no idea where you are going, or why you are doing what you are doing. I tried that not to bother me. I kept telling myself, "I am an agent, I just do what the intelligence says I should do", and focused on completing missions. But it be nice to know what the game was about and what my true purpose was in it.

This game is great. I never played it before. The first time I launched it I did not like it because it felt so old. But after playing it for 2 hours and getting the hang of the game I was slowly drawn into it. I played it on the highest difficulty setting, it took me about 26 hours to beat. This is the game that influenced Bioshock. The fps-rpg hybrid is well made for this game, the gameplay is very good, and it is very immersive. This game is just one huge spaceship that you explore. No levels, none of that stuff. The weakness is that the story is not the greatest of all stories, but not too bad.

This game is amazing despite it being old. I never played it before, so I was not going into some nostaligia-trip. At first, since the game was so old, I did not enjoy any of it, until I did the first three missions and I started to get the hang of it. The story is great, the gameplay is fantastic, your inventory of tools is wonderful. On top of it, this game is huge. I never been overwhelmed by a game of such size. There is no map to hold you hand, it is all up to you to figure it out, and the vast size of each map is overwhelming at first. This game is extremely long. It took me 37 hours to beat it, but I played the at the highest difficulty setting. So it will last you a while. Get yourself the "Gold" version, not the original version, the expansion adds to the value of the game. The only weakness of this game is the AI is really stupid, but it does not end up ruining the game for you. I rate this game at 9.5 / 10.

Definitely get this game! I got the original version for DOS but then downloaded a follow-up mod called "Brutal Doom". It runs with steam overlay. The game is very stupid, but it is great fun, and is very hard. Unlike FPS single-player games of today this game is hard and you will not beat it in your first attempt.

This game is a work of art. Andrew Ryan is my favorite video game character that I ever came across. The speeches of Ryan and the imagery of his philosophy is beautifully displayed, such as when you first arrive and see in huge letters, 'No God No Kings Only Man', I really enjoyed all of this imagery. The environment of the game is gorgeous. The water looks so real, the music of the time era is well chosen and the game turned me into a fan of that genre of music. There were times in the game when I was being chased when I would just listen to a song play on a radio as others were seeking to kill me. The story of this game is well-made. The only minor drawback of this game is that I think the story could have been developed better. I did not get the full story when I first played this game. The fact that so much of the story relies on reading audio-recordings is a drawback resulting in a few moments of confusion about what you are doing and why you are here.

There are technical issues with this game. It sometimes does not run so well on computers. Setting those issues aside the game gets repetitive often. Doing the same exact missions over and over again but for different people. It sucks not to have any checkpoints and waste all your time replaying the missions from the beginning when the AI fails. Sometimes you get lost in the story about why you are doing what you are doing. The atmosphere is great, the physics and combat is good, the game is enjoyable. GameSpot rated it at 9.0 I would rate it more at 8.5.

This game is amazing. The puzzles are well-made. The story is well-developed and clear to follow with a sense of what you have to do. A revolutionary concept to use portals physics in FPS games. Game has the best ending I ever seen in any video game.

The most awful game I ever played in my entire life. This game is simply not good for your health.

This game removes the elements from The Dark Descent. There is no sanity meter, there is no inventory, there are no tinderboxes or light sources. The puzzles in this game are a joke. One has to be a moron to spend over 1 minute trying to solve them. This game can therefore only be played for its atmosphere and story. The story is short. Took me about 7 hours to complete the game and I took my time to enjoy the environment, Dark Descent took me 12 hours. The story is also very badly explained. Very little is explained about the machine and what it even does. Dark Descent was a good game. Machine for Pigs only has its environment as a good side, the rest of the game it falls apart, not recommended as a game, mostly a disappointment.
