Really relaxing game with a unique gameplay loop. You are a witch to be and an apprentice of Baba Yaga the great witch. Building and decorating your house and gardening is really fun and there's no sense of pressure. You can play in your own pace. Really nice for some chill days.


Some things that should get better during EA:

- Quests repeat themself often. I don't really mind this but the quest
dialogues should be more varied. Right now for one type of quest there's only one dialog . Maybe add some more "storys" for each quest type.

-There are of course still bugs but i didn't encounter too many. And not one game breaking one. (At least in the open beta, but more on this later)
One bug i encountered for example: The nests for my rabbits cant be unbuild or moved so i'm stuck with them for eternity :(

-The night sky texture is beautiful but too blurry

And one last thing: When you buy the game, make sure to play the open beta! There's a forum post of the devs stickied in the steams discussions on how to get into the open beta.
Right now i can only recommend it as the changes from the current stable build to the open beta are big. Graphics gotten better, many bugs are fixed and UI got a little overhaul as far as i can tell.

in conclusion: The game has huge potential as a cozy game with its uniqe gameplay, setting and nice graphics. I can only recommend it.

As i bought this game i started playing offline against bots. I wasnt comfortable enough to play online against other palyers as i read and heard everywhere that this game is hardcore as f**k. After a long time just playing around with the offline mode i tried the online mode as well. And the first thing i noticed is: It isnt as hardcore tactical as some describe it on various reviews. Dont get me wrong. It CAN be. But as i write this review there is a big amount of new players coming from the rift s release. And even if these players werent there. This game would be easy to learn. Distinguishing your teammates and the enemy is fairly easy. I mention this because my main fear was that i could kill my teammates all the time because i couldnt differntiate between them and the enemy. But: If you have an AK or something similiar, or a makarov as a side arm. Then you are the terrorists and are wearing black clothing. If you have a m4 or something more fancy than an ak. You are Marsoc and are wearing sand colored clothing.
Next thing i learnt: This game isnt about rushing. It is about waiting for the enemy to make a mistake. At least as Defender. If you have to attack then the game is a tiny bit faster because you have to approach the target. But here again: Slow and steady wins the race. Dont be afraid that everything will be chaotic and you wont have a chance against other players. You most probably will. If you are sneaky enough you will have a good chance on getting some kills.
But to be sneaky.. you shall.. not. TALK. Or at least not when enemys are around. Dont get me wrong you can talk with your mates that are close by. And you can talk with teammates that are far away. In this case you need your walkie talkie. Just press it on your left shoulder and talk. BUT the enemy near by can hear you too. So it is always good to talk as quiet as possible. I think this is a awesome feature because you dont have people spamming the voice chat. All in all this community is rather friendly compared to other shooter games. If you tell them you are new they will explain stuff to you and wont ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ you if you make mistakes. Just apologize if you do happen to kill a teammate. (Dont worry it will happen.. but it happens to everybody) Just be cool about it and tell them it was an accident.
