Very bad online severs, no sync between the players, after trying to join like 20 times it won't even let me join sometimes

I tried to play the game in 2020. I had a good pc with gtx 1070 ti + core i7 6700k
and the game won't even start
Now and after 2 years i bought this game again. Now i have RTX 2080 + Core i7 9700k + 32 GB ram
And still the game won't even start
What should i do to play the game i really want to play it on my stream
