Genopanic has a lot going for it, but some cons come with that as well. At this moment in time I'm giving it a 6.5/10 & can only cautiously recommend it.

Pros:
+ great soundtrack
+ good gameplay
+ fun abilities
+ solid art direction & graphics
+ modern game, but feels timeless
+ gmo capturing is interesting

Cons:
- needs 2-3 more fast travel points
- certain integral shut off switches can only be used once
- very easy to soft lock yourself due to missing an ability or screwing up a container placement
- gravity gun needs work

One of the most relaxing & calming games I've ever played. It scratches so many itches.

I adored the first Undermine. It had a lot going for it besides also being really fun. Undermine 2 is still incredibly fun. Despite having close to 50 hours of gameplay, I can't recommend the game.

1) A lot of the blessings, relics, & arcane items have been tweaked since the first game. Overall they feel a lot weaker & do not synergize as well.

2) There is virtually nothing new. It's almost an exact clone of the first game where they amount of new content could have just been an expansion rather than a full game.

3) Black Rabbit isn't fun to play. Her melee & dodge aren't as good as the peasant's.

4) Progression feels so much slower than the first game. It takes more runs to get some solid footing than it used to. This, I think, in part is due to everything feeling weaker.

Although Undermine is a fun game, I can not recommend this sequel. There is not enough new & meaningful content & the changes to powers & your progression hurt the overall experience we enjoyed in the first game.

The game is a lot of fun. The gun effects are great, graphics are polished, there is a lot of variety in enemies & heroes. The skill trees are a nice touch & add a lot to the variety to the characters. The 3 person squad is also a unique aspect. Overall I really enjoy it, it's a great bullet Heaven.

On the negative side some of the zombie effects (like the Runners) are incredibly hard to notice or happen so fast they are hard to perceive in crowds. This leads to a lot of questionable damage & deaths. Cleaning up the animations or giving them a red aura (similar to elite & boss zombie attacks) would help.

Still though, highly recommend it.

The game feels unfinished & not at all polished. I really wanted to like this game too.
The narration is bad, really bad. It feels like it is AI generated with mispronounced, simple words.
The gameplay is dreadfully boring & the world feels empty & dead.
The quests, using that word very loosely, are just move to point A kill X amount of creature B.
At least the soundtrack is good & the graphics are nice.

One of the best card games I've played in years. When I'm playing it I enjoy it, when I'm not playing it I'm thinking about playing it.

This game has a lot going for it. It's a very laid back & fun experience. The art style is cute, soundtrack is great, & the story is a lot of fun. I wish it was a longer game, thus is one game I really would like to get all of the achievements.

Highly recommended.

The translation needs a little cleaning up & some of the special dice need a touch of clarification, other than that the game is a lot of fun. There's a lot to consider when building your dice pool which adds a good deal of strategy & a lot if replay value. There's also a lot to unlock. If you are a dice goblin, this game should appeal to you.

Witcheye is a charming 2D adventure that plays like classic Pong invaded a platforming game.

Pros:
- great soundtrack
- good graphics
- engaging gameplay

Cons:
- stiff movement & the player agency is sometimes given a back seat to bounces from enemy damage
- no upgrades & lack of healing

The game is short & it is not overly difficult. That being said, the difficulty is more in fighting against the overly simple controls more than enemies & bosses. The controls are lackluster & so is player movement. In a game like this where speed, precision, & consistency are integral to success, you have surprisingly little of each.

I really wanted to like this game more, but it's only ok at best.

I really wanted to like this game, but I can't fully get behind it.

On the positive side:
- the story & characters are fun & charming
- the soundtrack is killer (I really like Skatune Network)
- the art style is whimsical & makes the game pop

The glaring negatives
- the sound design & mixing is absolutely horrific. The ocean sounds muddle the soundtrack making it sound like blown out speakers
- the characters' voices sound like the animal crossing villagers but if they were all middle-aged chain smokers.
- the hands are played very slowly to the point where the poker actually feels like it is getting in the way of the narrative.
- You can't adjust your bets which slows the gameplay down. It feels like this was done to pad game time so they can have enough time to tell the story.
- the gameplay hinders the narrative, so much so that if the poker was removed & this was just a visual novel or a walking sim while on board, it would be more engaging & the story wouldn't suffer.

That being said the charm is there, it just lacks mechanical finesse & overall polish.
