Ignore my play time. I've been thrashing this on my real Commodore 64 since it came out last year and absolutely love it. Absolutely worth checking out if you enjoy arcade shooters in the style of Galaga or Galaxians!

My first experience with QoS was at PAX AUS back in 2014. Setup in an arcade machine, this ZZT looking, Boulderdash inspired game kicked my ass that hard I had to sit down.

After getting over the embarassment, I had another go, and another, and another... Turns out, this is quite the awesome little title and well worth a look if you dig tough, but rewarding games.

(And ignore my played time. have spent far, far more time with this after buying it on itch.io originally!)

Holy mother of god, this is the greatest game ever to grace the PC. Have you ever wanted to play bad 80s stereotype movie: the game? If so, then Marlow Briggs will tickle that need.

Sure it might look and play like a cheap God of War clone, but who needs production values when you've got a badass black dude running around killing the mooks of the cliche Asian baddy along with some of the cheesiest one liners you'll hear?


Also: Tell me that this isn't actually Kwame from Captain Planet all grown up. Murdering evil anti-environmentalists with a giant seems like a logical step from his days of letting Captain Planet do it.

Murdering buffalos has never been this much fun. Buffalos. That's a funny word.

Anyway, buy this game.

Pew pew pew. Slick twin stick shooter from Brissy Based outfit Witch Beam. Bullet hell, score rush shooting heaven. Love it!

Fast-paced, explodey fun. Things go boom and gibs are plenty. Buy it already!

Fun. very fun. Also guaranteed to cause you to utter the phrase "Why the hell is it suddenly 3am?" at least once.
