I used to not understand what was so compelling about this game. i had other MMO's i could play that were either free or more worth my time. but after giving this game an actual try i can see why people stay loyal to this one.

there is a huge variety in content that every MMO player will enjoy.
it has enough content to last you a lifetime of casual play.
There is a gigantic community that each loves to do their own things ranging from decorating houses, crafting and your standard PVE enjoyer.

i think FFXIV has something for everyone willing to look, and i will be playing for a while longer. can't wait to reach Endwalker and enjoy it with all the people i met allong the way.

a good game with a very nice art style. felt to me as a nice combination of binding of Isaac and Bastion. the game starts you off pretty powerful and you unlock more stats and weapons as you go. the boon system is versatile, although I would like to see more direct synergies added in the game if possible. the Greek mythology is also nicely portrayed and the little bits of lore spread around the game keep making you look for more dialogue options.
