i love aeting rocks

actually fun but would be 100x better if it didnt feel like it ran on craft glue and chewing gum

sometimes:
- music and sound effects dont even load or play properly (sometimes matches will just be dead silent)
- textures dont even load to the correct resolution
- backgrounds dont even load
- skins/models in the champion gallery dont even load
- particle effects dont even load

honestly just fix the glaring polish issues and this game would feel so much better to play

was on the receiving end of industrial stun baton usage by outpost security so i shot him w a syringe gun containing a paralyzant and fed him husk eggs😂😂😈👹👅

literally everything except the story and dialog are a massive step up from BL2, i have never seen such juxtaposition in a game before
the gunplay is even more satisfying, the environments look amazing and varied, there's new cool elements, way more gun variety, better movement, more vehicles and vehicle customization, more enemies, textures and models look even better and for the love of god an actually DECENT level progression system that doesnt force you to play the often repetitive side quests in order to have a fair fight in the main missions

but god oh god the story ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sucks and so does every interaction and line of speech that comes out of the characters' mouths. its like they suddenly made everyone claptrap where you will either hear a horrible 'joke', over the top sarcasm or just downright awful writing guaranteed like literally NOBODY can actually shut the ♥♥♥♥ up or be serious for a single second, its mcu writing:the game

um yeah get it on sale because its a blast if you pretend everyone is mute. also its TEN times the filesize of BL2 sooooo

loved 0, hoped kiwami would be as good but no
get 0 instead the bosses are utter cancer in this

its stunlock knockdown stunlock knockdown drink toughness the entire time until you eventually win out of attrition, unless ur willing to grind for dragon. the bosses throughout really tried my patience, but i called quits the moment i realised how ♥♥♥♥ the jingu boss is.

i wish i couldve liked it but the combat is just bs and ruins the entire game. the story goes hard especially after playing y0 tho and the soundtrack as expected is a real banger

my biggest regret is not being able to experience this game for the first time again, its an absolutely amazing introduction into the yakuza series

if u havent played it ur missing out on a lot

absolutely recommended if you wanna play half life 1 but dont like the tacky graphics. everything looks stunning, but clearly recognisable for those who have already played the first game.
