It almost feels wrong to leave this negative review, but I can't justify otherwise.

- The game looks very interesting; the oceanpunk art style mixed with interesting biomes gives the game an overall good aesthetic.
- The weapons are nice, I've only unlocked the base weapon + Shotgun (which feels very underpowered to the starting rifle), the Engine Rifle is a really cool mix of a Chauchat with fantasy elements; this mixture is a very strong point for this game, in my opinion.
- The 'ability' mechanic feels a bit underwhelming, the starting ability is just being able to throw grenades that recharge over time.
- There is a tutorial, but after completing the first boss and venturing into the 2nd biome, I think the tutorial is lacking in really preparing you for the missions.
- The difficulty scaling is too steep (yeah, I know, skill issue) and maybe that's just my personal experience because I did only play this solo, but arriving at the 2nd boss with 70 health and no syringes left is just frustrating.
- As stated by other reviewers, this game feels like it's supposed to be early alpha. I saw enemies T-posing when moving around or chasing me, which immediately takes away the immersion of an otherwise captivating environment.

There is definitely potential but I cannot recommend it in its current state, even at €17,50 (which is 30% off) and I will be refunding this game because I don't see myself playing much more of this.

Buggy campaign(AI squadmates are on fire without taking damage, their hands are not connected to the gun while jogging forward), tried to edit the keybinds while in a multiplayer match and my game crashed. Steer clear from this buggy mess for now

The intro to this game is actually terrible; you can knife every enemy without them ever noticing you and when they do notice you, after standing in front of them for 3 seconds, they still don't react fast to you. I didn't think it was possible to make AI that's worse than Tarkov's but Morefun Studios managed to do just that. Mouse movement is terrible as well, doesn't feel smooth.

Very cheap copy of Incursion Red River.

>play nuke
>my friend with 1800+ hours gets two nice deagle headshots within 2 rounds
>one of his victims chats: "ok lets go"
>disconnects
>returns
>proceeds to pretty much dome our team for the next few rounds
>we spam report every round
>he gets kicked, banned and match in cancelled

Anyone saying Valve's anti-cheat doesn't work, suck an egg. That was the most enjoyable experience on CS for a long while

Early Access Review
I bought the game after a friend told me to check it out. I really want to like the game since Tod "Re-releasing Skyrim for 10 years is fine" Howard isn't giving us the next Elder Scrolls when we need it, but alas, the game doesn't feel like a 2024 game at all.

I think the combat is extremely clunky; the swings feel very bland since there are no animations for swinging left-to-right or right-to-left depending on where you are compared to the enemy or clicking LMB multiple times, it's just the same swing over and over again, and the way you are able to hit the enemy shows how little the devs/game care about proper hit registration.

The carry weight is a joke as I'm hauling enough supplies to gear a 5 man squad and feed them for a week and my character still runs fine.

Somehow cooked foods also disappeared from my inventory for no reason (obviously without eating it).

But my biggest gripe is that blocking doesn't actually block all damage. Why am I carrying a huge shield if it doesn't help me to block damage?

Get it on sale if you like a half-assed Skyrim x Kingdom Come: Deliverance game in an Arthurian universe.

I loved playing this game every once in a while and I keep being surprised by how much the game improved in smoothness, mechanics and additional weapons/gear BUT ever since there's no way to remove bloom anymore, it's a no-go for me as a person with astigmatism. Bloom is the biggest annoyance and I sincerely dislike any game that doesn't let me disable is.
