I've been playing since the beta and am pretty integrated in the community so this is definitely a favorable review. I think this game has some of the best balance for a team hero sport game. The abilities are useful, but with enough skill you could 1v4 without using them at all. The amount of control you have over the ball through different dash hits, breaker shots, and long shots is insane. This is ignoring all of the tech with different abilities and even just the ball itself. This game has a skill ceiling that I don't think anyone will ever hit. The teamplay in this game is extremely satisfying to hit, and I've practiced just passing with people before.

It's not all sunshine and rainbows though. The playerbase is much smaller than I think anyone wishes it was, but you can help change that one person at a time. Performance is another thing that needs fixing, and I heavily suggest running the game on low/very-low with the animated arena wall turned OFF. Lowering the resolution scale also helps. This game has no reason to run as poorly as it does, which is really unfortunate and I wish there was more time for the devs to fix this up. Unfortunately, the game's in a indefinite limbo. There's a chance for some devs individually to come back and maintain or even develop it in their own time, but Chamo Games no longer exists as a company. It's really sad to see. I do wish the devs the best in the future though.

It's really a shame that matchmaking has gone offline, but the devs have also graced us with dedicated servers. Vector Strike will never die! I have taken it upon myself to host a 24/7 public server for anyone to use to play with friends or hit the one in a million chance of getting on while someone else is.
