zero fun playing this just rage

way too undercooked for something that was released 12 years ago. You don't even need firewood to feed the campfire.
Menus and interactions are very janky and there is no danger or challenge really everything is way too easy.
Takes 5 seconds to kill and butcher a whole cow. Just not a survival game really.

The time skip mechanic is tolerable for some things even trees, but having to skip 45 minutes to cook something in the fire instead of doing chores around the base or cutting wood while the food cooks is unacceptable. Most of these things should be simulated. At least have a shoddy icon and timer like the forest does, but preventing me from doing anything else for 45 minutes, as if the character would spend all that time staring at the fire while the food cooks is lazy design and makes no sense.

I really liked this game even before it was on steam, but you cannot deny that it is dead, and it died unfinished.
