DO NOT BUY THIS GAME!
The activation servers are down and because of that you can't even play it!

If you guys out there are having the same idiotic problem as me and cannot get the key to activate due to server connection error,

DO THIS:

1 run the game, wait for rockstar social club to log you in.
2 press activate on key (ofc it will fail haha)

3 Alt+Tab and run cmd (comand prompt)
4 write ipconfig /flushdns

5 Enjoy the game !!!!!
6 Never buy any rockstar game again until they ditch their stupid DRM
