Some of the issues I had with this game seem to alleviate later on, seems like early on is just kind of a rough spot. Currency feeling rather sparse and the like plus maybe double damage being used a bit too often in my opinion still apply, though. Also there's some weird bench placement sometimes.

I could recommend this game if you're prepared to deal with it being more difficult and unforgiving compared to the first game.

Very unique visuals, big fan

Definitely gives off major Rain World vibes (just definitely perhaps a lot slightly less difficult) with general ~vibes~ and it very much just throwing you into a world with little info on where to go or what to do

This did kind of start to grate on me when doing secrets and what not, given it doesn't even really give you a rough estimate (like what part of the map to look in), and there were a few things/one item i didn't really feel like i got taught about organically (This only really comes in to play if you care for 100% or further completionism, though)

The items you can unlock are utilized well over a playthrough though, definite plus on that front, sometimes there are multiple solutions to getting through areas depending on what you have unlocked or use

If you're not the type to care for completionism, the full price for this game might not be worth it for the amount of time you'll be playing it (Up to your discretion, i've just seen other folk complain about this, so i thought i'd mention it)

Definitely not for everyone, but a good game nonetheless, very impressive to be made by one developer

Coloring in the world feels very interactive with NPCs moving and reacting to places you color in (or put down furniture at, which you can unlock over the course of the game)
You are limited to a certain color palette per area of the game, but you can eventually make your own palette (and the preset ones aren't really bad or anything, so I personally didn't mind it that much; Up to your discretion)

Not particularly difficult in general, difficulty settings also seem pretty lenient on top of that so you'll probably be fine there. Seems to have pretty good support for color blindness as well, though I'm not color blind, so like, yeah. Take that with a (sizable) grain of salt

The story does go into some somewhat heavier topics over the course of it but nothing too much, and it handles it well. The game is pretty relaxing and cute outside of that (such as any side quests, or just like, generally existing in the game)

If you have any artistic inclination whatsoever (regardless of actual skill!), you'll probably like this game

This is far and away my favorite game ever, and I genuinely think I wouldn't be in the same place in life I am now if I never played it

It does feel like this game targets itself to a certain age demographic and type of person (Namely lost mentally ill 20 year olds living in a dead end town. Oh, and also gay people, probably), but if you're at all interested in it, you can probably get something out of it regardless

Recently replayed this because I lost my previous save file, shocker; It's still really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ good!
