This game is relatable

Now that I've had a chance to play this game I can actually write a real review

Pros:

-Unreal Engine 4

Cons:

-Everything else

-The main menu UI is horrible to navigate in

-The HUD doesn't display important information (like heist payout or teammate equipment)

-The game has terrible optimization and feels very heavy to play even when running at a decent framerate

-Animations are awfull, very stiff and repetitive

-Reload animations are terrible

-XP system is terrible, you have to complete challenges instead of missions in orther to get XP and it's hard to know which challenges to do since you can only access their description in the main menu

-Characters in the game look like they're all racially-mixed which makes them look really weird and uncanny

-AI is still dumb

-Graphics look like a unity project made by a college student

-Lack of content (but this is to be expected)

-Matchmaking is horrendous, other players can't even join a ingame session not because the game doesn't let them but because the MM is that bad

-Hard to find a full lobby because MM sucks

-No crime net, which would allow you to choose the lobby you want and in a much faster way

-Can't use voice chat

-Can't use text chat in lobby

-After the game ends the lobby is destroyed

-On the big bank heist at the end section you can see the people in the buildings are low resolution PNGs (shows you how much the devs take the game seriously)

-Music is meh

-Laggy servers

-Constant server errors

-The game is clearly unfinished

Overkill had a severe loss of talent over the last game, the important people that made payday 2 the iconic game it is today all left the company due to the company's business malpractices, and you can see that in this game it feels like a shell of it's former self

This game is a complete downgrade on every aspect except for the engine and the real reason why people prefer it over payday 2 is because the diesel engine is just that bad.
What every payday player wanted was payday 2 on a proper engine instead we have a downgraded version of the game

This game is only good for people that loved payday 2 but got tired of the old game engine (like me)

If you're a payday 2 veteran getting this game makes sense, but if you're new to the series I higlhy recommend getting payday 2 instead, it's much cheaper and a much more well structered game

The game is horribly optimized and will crash constantly and even worse crash your pc this sort of things could harm your computer, now my computer is randomly restarting.

This game got released as beta in 2012 the only level missing was Xen.
It's 2018 now they changed alot of stuff and there's still no Xen.
Don't buy it's unfinished.

This game is just weird.
So many game mechanics removed from the old HL.
The game is completly broken and everything is broken, you can even kill a chopper with a 9mm.
Just don't buy this unless you like weird crap.
